Return Policy:

All items can either be exchanged or returned at no extra cost IF (and only if) we screwed up. For example: we sent the wrong size, color, etc. or things are broken. We will pay for shipping in that case. Just let us know what you choose to do if you need to return anything.

If you are simply not happy with the item and can't bear to posses it any longer because, who knows, maybe people are making fun of you; you've been fired from your job; or your friends and family are sickened by you and what you've become, just return the item in excellent condition to us. Items with vomit stains, cigarette burns, rips, discoloration, or the like will not be accepted. If you decide to return the merchandise, please don't expect a refund of the shipping cost to send it back. We will refund the purchase price and that's it, depending on the condition of the item and the nature of the circumstance. Don't expect to get away with wearing a shirt all summer just to send it back to us. We don't want it. We'll just laugh at you. You're better off just giving it to someone else. Maybe they'll have better luck with it. We're nice people...but not that nice.

Shipping Policy:

We're happy to offer free shipping on all new orders! Anything fragile will be shipped insured so that everyone is covered. Any returned items shipped back to us are the responsibility of the customer unless we screwed up your order originally (see above.) We cannot offer free shipping on returned items unless it was our fault that you had to head to the post office.

Ordering by Mail:

Can you order by mail? Absolutely! Download this Order Form and mail it back to us with your payment. We'll accept your cash, checks or money orders. Keep in mind that you send cash at your own risk and we really recommend against doing that.
If there are any items you wish to purchase from the site that are not listed on the form you may do so. Just make sure you indicate the item numbers and describe them accurately to minimize confusion.

Vinyl Stickers :

Oh yeah, we realize it might be a little bit tricky to figure out how to put those bad-ass vinyl stickers on your car window, bike helmet or forehead. That's why we made a handy instruction sheet that goes along with your order. If you lost that sheet, or if one of us was asleep at the wheel and forgot to send yours, you can view it here.

Everyone who wears our gear is playing an important role in its distribution. Better yet, by telling your friends, co-workers and random people you see on the street about Beaters, you're playing an even bigger part. In fact, we may hook you up with free stuff for doing just that! If you are a store owner and are interested in carrying our products, please contact us so we can discuss that in detail.

Privacy Policy:

We at Beaters take the issue of internet privacy seriously. Each of us gets enough spam to clog up multiple servers and we're sick to death of dealing with it. If we turned around and started spamming anyone who gave us their email addresses, we'd be the biggest hypocrites on Earth and that's just not our style. You can rest assured that if you give us your email address, we won't give it to anyone else, no matter how much they ask or how much money they offer. Furthermore, if you want to stop receiving emails from us, we'll delete your name and address from our database and you won't hear from us again (not even at Christmas.)
